What we collect. This website collects personal information only when you choose to provide it through our inquiry form or by emailing us: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the nature and location of your inquiry, and anything you write to us. Like most websites, our hosting provider also records routine technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use it. We use the information you provide for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to serve you. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes — not ever. We do not send marketing email lists. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics profiles or social media pixels on this site.

Who processes it. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website hosting provider, and delivered to us by email. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log technical requests. These providers act as service processors; we do not authorize them to use your information for their own purposes.

How long we keep it. We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to maintain any resulting client relationship, and as required by California real estate record-keeping obligations.

Your choices. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@troonpacific.com. We will honor such requests except where retention is required by law.

California residents. This policy is posted in accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. Under California Civil Code §1798.83, California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct-marketing purposes; we make no such disclosures.

Children. This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes. If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
